Cancellations
A 72 hour cancellation policy applies to all motel bookings
A 7 day cancellation policy applies to all motel group bookings (3 or more rooms)
A 21 day cancellation policy applies to all special event bookings – The Small Farm Field Days, Day on the Green & The Huntington Festival
If any booking is cancelled or modified later than the cancellation policy, 80% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of a no-show or cancellation on day of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Tariffs may increase on special event dates such as The Small Farm Field Days, Day on the Green and The Huntington Festival.
